I'm glad another person has joined our forum and in hopes we can get to know you. If you're not up to posting yet, please read from the beggining and learn your way around. If you need any help, we are here for you. I'm Barbara, one of the moderators and Dee will be with you as soon as she sees you have joined. You'll find our posts are full of information and enlightenment to help you along your way. I'm sending my best in thoughts for you and hope you are in good hands.
Let us hear from you. Talking always helps things seem not so over burdening.

Hello Dsm and welcome,
My name is Dee, and it is a pleasure to welcome you to the forum. Please read the rules of the forum, they can be found under Moderator Announcement on the home page index of the forum, if you have any questions about what or how to post let one of us know and we will be happy to help in any way that we can.
If you have any questions about Suboxone or concerns about your recovery let us know. As Barbara just mentioned when you are able to talk to someone things don't seem to be as bad or as over whelming as when we keep it in.

I have found that one of her favorite sayings; " A problem talked about, is a problem half solved" is so true.
Please join us and share you story.
Yours in Recovery,
Dee
