Hi Shannon and welcome to the forum.
Before I get started on a long winded post, let me introduce myself to you. My name is Dee, I have been a suboxone patient for almost four years. Before taking Suboxone I was a patient in a MMT program. Both medications are a wonderful tool when used correctly.
With that said I'd like to encourage you to post any of your questions or concerns about Suboxone or your recovery. We are always happy to help in any way that we can.
We have two moderators and their names are Barbara and Beth. Both ladies are also Suboxone patients. So rest assured they know where you are coming from and understand what we as addicts go through on a daily basis.
Along with our moderators we have just about the best group of members around. Our forum members really care about each other. Nobody is here to judge you or criticize you for anything that you may have done in the past. Letting go of our past is one of the hardest things to do in recovery. One of the most important things to remember is that you are in recovery now, you have the opportunity to start over, what you do from here on out is what matters. Not what you did last year, or the year before.
If you haven't already paid a visit to our suboxone Assisted Treatment website, please do. The website is another great tool to be used in recovery. It's educational value is limitless.
The link to the website is;
I look forward to meeting you Shannon.
Yours in Recovery,

"I will let yesterday end so that today can begin."
